Refund policy

All products are sold as advertised, please ensure the description is read thoroughly.

 

Refunds/Credit will not be issued if consumer is at fault: purchased incorrect part or did not read description details/view images thoroughly.

No guarantee on electrical goods/parts.

To be eligible for a return/credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and within 7 days. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mmd@tc.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to our shop at consumers own cost and a 20% handling fee will be charged on the price of the part, delivery costs will not be refunded. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
